• What is the dress code?

  The attire is semi-formal. Guests are encouraged to incorporate our color palette of dusty blue, blush pink, and navy into their ensembles.

• Where can I stay?

  A hotel block has been reserved for our guests. When making the reservation, please mention it is for the Cole-Coghlan wedding in order to receive a discounted rate. Reservations can be made directly with Hampton Inn Cleveland at 423-458-1222.

• Is parking available at the venue?

  Yes, complimentary parking is available for all guests at the venue. A golf cart will be available to assist with shuttling as needed.

• How do I RSVP?

  RSVPs may be submitted via mail or through our wedding website. Please note that plus-ones are only permitted if specifically indicated on the invitation.

• Are children welcome?

  Children are welcome; however, we kindly request that they remain well-behaved. Should a child become upset or unruly, we ask that parents step out with them until they are settled.

• Are photos allowed during the ceremony?

  No, our ceremony will be unplugged. We have hired a professional photographer to capture the day, and we ask that guests refrain from using phones, cameras, or other devices. This ensures the best photos and allows everyone to be fully present in the moment.
